Food-safety scares across the world created demand for increased agricultural traceability. This barcoding specialist saw an opportunity but didn’t know how to realign their brand to capitalize on this opportunity.

Our Solution

After in-depth research, I determined that their unique offering to this market warranted a sub-brand: RedLine for Produce. I reorganized their produce services into a line of three clearly defined products based on the agricultural supply chain: RedLine Field, RedLine Packing, and RedLine Cooler.
