Food-safety scares around the world increased demand for agricultural traceability. This barcoding specialist saw an opportunity, but needed a way to realign their existing brand in order to capitalize on it.
Our Solution
After analyzing their brand architecture and the competitive landscape, I determined that their unique offering to this market warranted a sub-brand: RedLine for Produce. I reorganized their services into a line of three clearly defined products based on the agricultural supply chain: RedLine Field, RedLine Packing, and RedLine Cooler.
