RedLine Solutions, a barcode and RFID (radio frequency ID) value added reseller, had an established business in the manufacturing market, but saw an opportunity to expand. As food-safety scares led more and more lawmakers to demand increased agricultural traceability, RedLine thought it would be a good time to extend its offering to custom solutions for produce growers, shippers and distributors. | After in-depth research, vs.Goliath discovered that the unique offering to this market warranted a specified sub-brand: RedLine for Produce. We then reorganized their produce services into a line of clearly defined solutions based on productions supply chain: RedLine Field, RedLine Packing and RedLine Cooler. Once the corporate identity and new sub-brands were clearly established, we implemented them along all marketing touchpoints: website and video, trade show environments, newsletters, collateral. |
